There's no need to arrive significantly early. Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so we can begin your consultation and service without feeling rushed. This location does not have a lobby to wait in, please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time.

To maintain a quiet and relaxing environment, please arrive without additional guests unless they are also receiving a scheduled service, such as a Bestie Tan or group appointment.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for individual appointments. Late cancellations and rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Group spray tan appointments require 72 hours' notice.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the time remaining.

Yes. You'll complete a sensory preference form where you can select triggers you enjoy—such as hair play, scalp scratching, tracing, brushes, gentle scratching, personal attention and tool sounds—as well as anything you'd like us to avoid.

No. Once we've completed your consultation, you're welcome to completely switch off. ASMR sessions are intentionally kept quiet so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

Falling asleep is perfectly okay—you don't have to stay awake or interact throughout your treatment.
